One of our flagship projects is Bled Aicha 1, a high-end mixed-use development in the Benslimane-Mansouria corridor. This destination project blends luxurious residences, a boutique hotel, retail outlets, and wellness facilities within a lush, landscaped environment. Positioned as both a lifestyle hub and an investment magnet, Bled Aicha 1 is designed to elevate the regional tourism and residential market. Construction is underway, with phase one delivery targeted for Q2 2026.
In Casablanca, we are constructing a state-of-the-art business park that will serve SMEs and multinational tenants seeking modern, flexible, and energy-efficient commercial space. Located in a high-accessibility zone, the business park includes co-working spaces, conference centers, and retail services.
We are also actively building a hospitality venture in Marrakech, designed as an eco-resort integrating Moroccan heritage with international luxury. This development will include private villas, spa & wellness zones, and curated experiences that appeal to high-end travelers.
